Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

All orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) are usually attempted to be shipped on the same business day.

During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch.

Delivery time estimates are a guide only and should be considered as such.

Standard Shipping - $9.95 / FREE when you spend over $100

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping - $11.95 / FREE when you spend over $150

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

We do ship to P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers in Australia Only.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped using Standard International with Australia Post.

Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of COURTSIDE STORE and we are not aware of what they might amount to. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order. Please make sure you contact your local customs office to find out more if you have any concerns.


DELIVERY TIMES

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination country.

Occasionally, carriers experience delays and they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox.

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at courtsidestore@gmail.com.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

If there is an error with your address, please contact courtsidestore@gmail.com to amend it. However if your order is processed before making contact with us to change the original address, we cannot always guarantee to complete your request.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.


INCOMPLETE ORDER

There may be rare instances when items purchased are "sold out" or "unavailable" on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from one of our stores or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf.

Orders are subject to availability and COURTSIDE STORE reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.
